Kankawa Nagarra is a Walmatjarri Elder, activist and blues singer-songwriter from the isolated desert community of Wangkatjungka in Western Australia's East Kimberley.
Known as Queen of The Bandaral Ngadu Delta, Kankawa sings in Walmatjarri, Bunaba, Gooniyandi, Kimberly Creole and English. She is coming to Nathalia from her home in the far northwest Kimberly to share her life stories, songs and poetry with the people.
Archer is known for his unique and captivating voice as a country blues crooner poet who sings by the rivers, in nursing homes for children.
