The following persons are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on
behalf of any other person:
a) Office holders and employees of the organisation;
b) The nominee of the raffle; and
c) Relatives* of office holders, employees and the nominee
Note: "Relative" means spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling (whether of full or
half blood).
