Join Marika Furnell of Earthborn Yoga and Wellbeing, and Dr Weidi Chen of AcuChen Chinese medicine and acupuncture for two hours of Yin, Pin & Sound.Marika will guide you through the first part of the session with grounding Yin Yoga. This will be followed by Weidi supporting you on your savasana journey using acupuncture points & pins to complement the practice, encourage continued energy flow throughout the body, and promote deep relaxation.
Your savasana will also be supported by yoga nidra and the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong & chimes played throughout the room, creating a blissful, immersive experience.
