Earlier this year, the ARBV and NSW ARB released the “Deep Dive Report into Systemic Risks in the Australian Architecture Sector”. The report highlighted key systemic risks facing architects and architectural practices, which have broader implications for the construction sector as a whole. For our last webinar in 2024, we are joined by Dr Dariel De Sousa from Dart Legal and Consulting, who was involved in the preparation of this Deep Dive Report. Dr De Sousa will bring her extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of regulation, risk, compliance, performance and governance to highlight those key issues arising from the Deep Dive Report for design consultants and how best to detect and preventing (or otherwise manage) non-compliance with the regulatory frameworks.
