A Champions Mindset (A Wellbeing Journey)
As an athlete, navigating your way through the challenges of sport can be difficult. We often prioritise our development and performance on court when it comes to trainings and games, but do we invest enough energy into our wellbeing as a person. After all, if we aren't performing at our peak mentally, we can't perform at our peak physically.
Join us for a 3-part series as we take you on a wellbeing journey towards becoming the best version of yourself.
Session 1 – Friday 15th Nov: Unlocking your potential (Discover what wellbeing really is and how to move towards the best version of yourself)
Session 2 – Friday 22nd Nov: The Athletes Toolkit (Unlock different tools that will help keep you charged and ready to go)
Session 3 – Friday 29th Nov: From Goals to Greatness (Let us help you map out your future through the Netball Pathways and life).
Purchase individual session tickets for $25 or a ticket to all 3 sessions for $60. All sessions are recorded and available later.
