Join ChoirWorks for an enchanting afternoon of English choral music, accompanied by harp and pipe organ, at the heritage-listed chapel of St Peter's Lutheran College, Indooroopilly.
The program features A Ceremony of Carols by Benjamin Britten and Fantasia on Christmas Carols by Ralph Vaughan Williams. Britten’s radiant carol sequence, with its mystical harp accompaniment and haunting harmonies, captures the wonder and mystery of the holiday season. Vaughan Williams’s Fantasia brings a rustic charm, weaving beloved carol melodies into a lush tapestry of sound. This festive program promises warmth, beauty, and a touch of magic, perfect for celebrating the season in song.
