This workshop is the fourth workshop of a monthly series and will focus on the heart chakra to bring you back to a state of love, kindness, gratitude, compassion and unconditional love. The heart chakra is related to the air element. It governs the thymus gland, our heart, our lungs. It the bridge between the lower three chakras (where many of us remain stuck) and the upper three chakras (which help us connect on a deeper level). In Sanskrit, “anahata” means ‘infinite’, ‘unhurt’ or ‘boundless’. Working with the air element and balancing the heart chakra will help you to build a strong sense feeling abundant, loved and infinite.You can still attend this workshop if you didn't attend the others.
The workshop includes:
- Introduction to the heart chakra
- Kundalini bioenergetic breathwork practice
- Rest, restore and integrate with a solar plexus chakra themed sound bath to pure crystal quartz singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks and more.
