Breathing is the first and last act in life and knowing how to truly express ourselves through breath is becoming eroded as a result of daily stressors. By working with breath somatically we will experience it at a cellular level and explore the impact breathing has on clients' daily function, nervous system, anxiety level and movement potential. See how we can regulate the nervous system through breath and movement to improve health and wellbeing.
