Food and accommodation provided.
Activities include meditation, breathwork, various movement practices, yoga nidra, sound healing, time in nature, an indigenous cultural experience and a fire ceremony.
Part of the retreat will be conducted in noble silence by the attendees.
Small intimate group of 12 max.
Massages are an optional extra.
