Do you need help using a device, creating an email account or searching the Internet? Book a one-on-one appointment with a Be Connected Digital Mentor. To guide us and help you get the most out of these sessions, please come prepared with either specific questions you would like to ask or an idea of what you would like to learn about.Each individual tech help session will run as follows:
Introduction and sign up to Be Connected and Digital Skills Checker – 10 minutes
Discuss your preferred topic for the session with your Digital Mentor – 5 minutes
Digital Mentor answers questions and takes you through your personalised tech help session – 25 minutes
Wrap-up and feedback opportunity – 5 minutes
Participants are encouraged to bring along their own device.
Places are limited, bookings are essential. Maximum 1 session per week per customer. If you're unable to attend your session, please contact us and we can assist with rebooking your session.
