Go For Gold Program.Three Saturday morning sessions to enhance your technique and skill to become a competent archer.
Try different styles of shooting and discover some of the history of this ancient sport.
Learn the 10 steps to improve your shooting.
Instruction on the equipment used in the program, plus advice on future choices of bows etc.
Archery is as challenging for the mind as it is physically demanding. It is muscle training as well as meditative, a mind body activity that helps with your concentration abilities. Improve your confidence in an informal and fun environment.
Completion of the Go for Gold Program leads to membership of the club
