Join Jill in the Willow Room at Cheltenham Community Centre where we will start our week with a 45-minute session of seated, guided meditation.
Every Monday morning, 10am-10.45am.
$5 for a 45-minute session.

Please note, our Centre is closed on Monday 10th March for Labour Day, so there will be no Guided Meditation class on that day.
