Open Gardens Victoria - Creekside 2025
This is a double block on a steep incline looking over South Surrey Parklands. Beautiful large mud rocks have been placed to create steps down through the garden which is planted with a huge range of native and exotic plants. There are many mature trees including a mulberry, silver birches and eucalypts.
This is an inspiring garden which includes intact sections with rockwork by Gordon Ford (one of the last gardens he worked on in the late 1970’s), additional rockwork by Paul Thompson in 2005 and new sections of rockwork by Peter Smith in 2023.
The garden owner Ana has worked on the garden layout, soil enrichment and plantings over many years.
