Are you a new mum looking to connect with like-minded women, and maybe even access some free mental health support? Bring bub along and join us for our FREE, monthly 'Mum and Me Morning Tea'.

At The Mindful Birth Movement, we offer a range of services to support you on your journey of motherhoood including Hpynobirthing, Mindful Motherhood group program, and individual psychological support. We believe that finding connection with mums going through the same experience to you is crucial for creating your village and caring for yourself, and this is why we created this space.
