Authentic Movement: Exploring The Basics
This workshop will offer a developmental trajectory of Authentic Movement. Beginning with the role of the mover, the role of the witness and experimenting in dyads, triads and collective practice.
As the workshop progresses, attendees will explore the layers of witnessing through the discovery of inner/outer movement responses, journalling and deepening their understanding of presence.
