Parents may choose to attend a Know Your Newborn online group session where we discuss a range of topics to help you understand and best care for your 0-3 month old baby.
Topics include:
• feeding fundamentals
• behavioural cues and infant communication
• building secure attachment
• crying and comforting
• sleep and settling
• self-care for parents
• where to get support
These sessions are held online via the TEAMS app twice a month on Thursdays at 11am.
