Little Butterfly Workshops for Incoming Preppies!
Transitioning from kindergarten to school is a significant milestone in your child’s life.
This change can come with a mixed bag of emotions, ranging from excitement anticipation & fear which can often lead to feelings of overwhelm, especially for children highly sensitive in nature.
The Little Butterfly Integration Workshop has been created to provide incoming preppies with the opportunity to explore the beauty of change in a fun and playful way.
Through nature inspired movement, art & creative play, children will gather insights and learn valuable tools designed to support them approach change with a greater sense of confidence and agency.
Consciously introduced 2 weeks into the start of school, the Little Butterfly Integration Workshop have been designed to support prep children to integrate their new journey, through shared experience and fun little excercises to support them to continue to grow and thrive along the way.
Workshop Format

Childbased Mind & Body connection activities to support children to come into the present and establish a greater sense of calm.

Acknowledgement of country in a child appropriate and authentic way.

Playful warmup/team building games to support children to find their way into connection with themselves and each other, in their own time and tempo.

Teaching on change through movement and creative art & play

Creative sharing circle to finish the session
