MAKING BOOKS WITH PROCREATE
Ever wanted to see the working process behind picture book illustration? Tania McCartney is an award-winning creator of 65 books, 20 of them self-illustrated and 13 of them produced with Procreate.
In this workshop, Tania will take you through her book making process (using Procreate) and will touch on the following creation steps:
Storyboarding
Illustration roughs
Crafting final imagery from roughs
Typesetting/text placement and fonts
Assembling full pages and spreads
Workshop requirements: Procreate software, an iPad and Apple pencil (or just old school pencils and paper). Also a must: a sense of excitement!
