About
This clinic will help you improve your freestyle technique and efficiency by using the latest stroke development techniques. The clinics are run by Head Coach Brenton Ford who has competed and coached at a National level with experience working with all levels of swimmers and triathletes from beginner to elite.Full details of the workshop and topics covered are published on our website. https://www.singletontriclub.org.au/
Workshop attendees MUST be over 12 years of age and able to swim a minimum of 400m without stopping.
Flippers are required for the workshop, and optional to bring a pull buoy and snorkel.
Attendees are advised to bring a drink and snacks as there will be a short break during the session.
Workshop attendance is $110 per attendee, with the option to undertake an optional Underwater Filming and Analysis ($110).
