Note: You are never to tender any affidavit into a Magistrates' Court, as you are only seen as a THING. The Magistrates Courts are simply 1933 UCC probate, UNIDROIT Article 1, de facto inferior courts for profit only. You are never making a plea, but only ever bringing a VOIR DIRE into the court (a discovery) and challenging jurisdiction. My WEBINAR will teach you this process. After the decision goes against you, you then make an application for an appeal into the County Court, where the stakes are higher, as you are now operating in Maritime under the Rolls of Oléron. It is only in your County Court appeal that you will then file and tender your approx. 50-page affidavit and exhibits. But of course, doing an all-day 7-hour workshop or, as a minimum, attending my WEBINAR, is essential.
