APYAC Tiger Lyons Whiting Competition
APYAC welcomes you to join the Tiger Lyons Whiting Competition, held from 12.01am on Saturday 8th February, to 12.00 noon on Sunday 9th February.
NOTE: if you can't fish on Saturday 8th; you may nominate (by Sun 2nd Feb) another full day to fish from Monday 3rd Feb to Friday 7th Feb.
Captain & Crew required - minimum two member anglers per vessel (junior/affiliate members included); with the exception of kayaks/land-based anglers.
Longest whiting to be measured on bragmat, and pictures taken to be emailed to apyacanglers@gmail.com. Heaviest bag to be entered no later than midday Sun at the club.
30 fish limit per bag entered. We encourage responsible angling. Vic Fisheries rules apply per length/number of fish kept/entered.
Entry required, including fellow club angler, lunch and drinks at club prices on Sunday (no BBQ).
Prizes:
1st (longest whiting)
Heaviest Bag - in-house - max 30 fish
Heaviest bag - open - max 30 fish
All juniors entering legal sized fish will win a prize
