Join us on Sunday 2 March (at either 3pm or 7pm) for a special screening of two short films ‘Mahjong & Mahashas’ which showcases the Singaporean-Australian Jewish community and its Baghdadi Sephardic roots, and the award winning, short documentary film ‘this bond i and Bondi’Both films have been screened at many international festivals, and filmmaker Carolyn Saul will join us for Q&A.
There will be an opportunity after the movies to learn about Sephardi-Mizrachi Jewry with a 15 minute tour of a Synagogue after. There is no additional cost for this.
