Rare tour of T.J. Richards, Chrysler Australia and later Mitsubishi Motors Australia historical sites. Delves into the history of the Richards family and the company from inception through to incorporation into the multi-national empires of Chrysler and takeover by Mitsubishi Motors. Includes Richard's family home, manufacturing sites and later expansions.NOTE: Depart from the Kintore Avenue loading zone outside the Migration Museum. No off-street parking available. Arrive by 9.45am for 10am departure.
Tour not suitable for people with impaired mobility. A moderate level of fitness is required. Tour will be on and off the bus, attendees can choose to stay on the bus. Bus is not wheelchair accessible.
