Immerse yourself in a 5 day day yoga bubble in the tranquility of the Origins Center in Balingup.Graeme Hodges and Deniz Orak are cocreating a relaxing as well as inspiring retreat .
Approximate Schedule:
Thursday: Arrival- Opening Ceremony
Yoga/ meditation
Friday- Sunday: 6 am Meditation, 7 am- 9 am yoga
11 am - 12pm workshop- philosophy of yoga
4.30 pm- 7pm Check in, Meditation, yoga
Monday: 6 am - 9 am Yoga, Meditation
11.15 am Closing Ceremony
One day we offer 1.5 hours of karma yoga to the Origins Center to support their efforts of holding a sanctuary for the wider community.
Everyone brings their own food, most bring one dish to share, which has been a beautiful communal get together in the past. No pressure though. There are also cafes in Balingup for breakfast and lunch.
Refunds: Cancellations before 15.08. will receive a $300 refund, after that tickets are non refundable, but you can pass your spot on to someone of your choice.
