IAF Literary Dinner - Burt and Burke, Tuesday, 20th May 2025
IAF proudly presents two of our members sharing the stage to tell us about their latest books.
Burt Surmon has written many novels, from murder mysteries to lifestyle to romances, most featuring the famous Clare Valley wine region as the setting. His latest novel “The Broken Bow: Love’s Sorrow and Joy” is a gripping tale of resilience, renewal, and the relentless pursuit of purpose.
Vincent Burke has been a prolific author in recent times, with works including commissions, ranging from histories to travel. His latest book “Gentlemen of the Shade – Minions of the Moon” takes us from the skies over war-torn Europe to the opulent halls of English nobility, and the journey of Edward Bagot.

Funds raised from this event will go towards supporting emerging artists in South Australia.
