Session #1 - New Succession Act, New Executor Duties & Breach of TrustThis session will focus on:
- Capacity issues and best practices for solicitors
- Wills and access issues for Attorneys appointed under Enduring Power of Attorney or as Administrators pursuant to SACAT Orders
- Solicitors as Executors or Attorneys – considerations in offering to act
- When to obtain a use and benefit grant pursuant to General and Enduring Power of Attorney (UCR 356.22 and Form PROB49).
Participants will be given the opportunity to delve into the above topics and share experiences in an informal round table environment while working through some topical issues and scenarios.
