Take a break from the busyness of life and give yourself the gift of deep rest. This afternoon combines Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and a live sound journey to help you relax, restore, and renew.Begin with gentle Yin poses to release tension, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra supported by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls. Then, lie back and receive a soundscape featuring guitar loops, bamboo flute, buffalo drum, and crystal bowls to calm the nervous system and restore energy.
