Join acclaimed artist Ross Potter for an engaging drawing session, where he will guide you through pencil-on-paper techniques. This hands-on workshop offers the opportunity to refine your observational skills and create your own artwork under Ross’s expert instruction.Over the course of two hours, participants of all skill levels and ages will explore the nuances of drawing.
Basic materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own sketchbook, pencils, and paper. Be prepared to step outside with Ross for inspiration—don’t forget a hat and a water bottle.
Ross Potter, the current artist-in-residence at The Heritage Collective, is a Kamilaroi artist based in Walyalup/Fremantle. Renowned for his intricate, large-scale pencil works, Ross magnifies the often-overlooked details of his subjects, revealing hidden stories and the beauty of everyday life.
