Greek Theatre Now presents Sophocles' Antigone, Burbidge Amphitheatre, Australian National Botanic Gardens, Clunies Ross Street, Acton, Canberra, ACT 2601.Schools + General Public - April 10 + 11, 2025, last week of term, 10.30 am and 2 pm.
General Public - April 18 to 21, 2025, Easter long weekend, 2.30 pm.
For people with a disability and/or mobility issues, free transport from the ANBG Visitors Centre to the Burbidge Amphitheatre, on the Flora Explorer Bus, is available. There are also 3 free mobility scooters. Bookings at hello@greektheatrenow.com.au or 02-6181 3579.
If a performance is washed out and cancelled due to rain and/or bad weather, a full refund will be given or, if desired, a seat at another performance (subject to availability).
The performance is about 90 mins straight through, no interval. Toilets are at the Visitor Centre and also at the Eucalypt Lawn down from the amphitheatre.
