About

Artist in Residence 2025, Sarah Chisholm will show you how to explore a story in your family or community. You'll learn how to weave a new story and REIMAGINE HISTORIES by using clothing or fabric that holds a special memory for you. Bring a piece of clothing such as a shirt, dress or skirt or fabric, a tablecloth or pillowcase. Sarah will supply a simple loom and teach you how to weave on it. Then by creating strips from your item, you'll reweave it into a reimagine history that can be displayed and enjoyed.
