Twice a year Smart Strata proudly delivers a seminar series to Queensland connecting the strata community to strata professionals. Our next seminar series will be no different, as you will see, as we unveil our speaker line-up over the coming weeks.

COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP AND BY-LAW LIFECYCLES

Come along to hear about how you can become a committee member, what’s involved once elected including the different roles and responsibilities of members.  You will also learn how and when a committee member term comes to an end including resolving disputes between members. We will also explore by-laws and how they are applied to community living, delving into enforcement steps and responsibilities of all stakeholders during the process.

Plus, there will be time for your specific strata questions to be asked and answered.

Our seminars are also a great way to meet suppliers that specialise in the strata industry, with networking time to mix and mingle with both suppliers and other strata owners, managers and committees whilst enjoying some delicious catering.
