You will experience:
• Information and discussion around societal and cultural impacts of anger, and why our anger has been silenced
• Understanding of how the nervous system effects anger
• Experiential practices to locate the felt sense of anger in your body
• Guidance and support on how to work with and honour your anger

Warragul Natural Health, 83 Victoria St, Warragul. $250 per person. Morning and afternoon tea included. BYO lunch or you'll be able to duck out to shops and cafes nearby during a break for lunch.
