Full Moon Kundalini Yoga class with Jai Ram KaurWhether you’re new to Kundalini Yoga or already a seasoned practitioner, this class is an opportunity to awaken and anchor the inner experience of the You within you.
On the eve of the full moon, we will practice an enlivening kriya (yoga exercise set), deep relaxation and meditation. On full moon eve the subconscious can most easily be invited to rise into the open flower of consciousness, where, with the practices, it can be cleansed, leaving you more clear, alert and present. Whatever spiritual work we do at this time has a magnified effect.
