30 - 40 min minutes of feel good movement, & rest, online via zoom. To ignite more joy, get you in your body, present & calm.The Groove method is a simple, fun & freeing, dance & movement experience. Enjoy a range of styles & genres of music, as we move creatively & expressively. Fast, slow, heart pumping, meditative & playful songs.
Rest when you want to, challenge when you want, literally use this class to connect to YOU, feel good, & have some fun.
A beautiful, nourishing journey through the body. Keeping our mind, body, & soul active & full of life. Music alone is powerful, then add some nourishing movement & its a real powerhouse for our wellbeing.
This experience is delivered via Zoom using a phone or laptop etc. If available you may want to use a bluetooth speaker for louder sound, or headphones.
The zoom link will be emailed to you once you purchase a ticket each week.
Have a water bottle & yoga mat/fitness mat/or soft surface for the end.
