Graeme Koehne's Bittersweet Symphony is an evocative and contemplative work by contemporary Australian composer Graeme Koehne. This piece blends emotional depth with modern harmonic language, offering a unique and thought-provoking listening experience.

Johannes Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 2 is a monumental work in the piano repertoire, renowned for its grandeur and emotional intensity. The concerto's four movements showcase the pianist's technical skill and expressive range, complemented by a rich orchestral texture.

THe NSSO is joined by Sydney-based pianist Paul Cheung, who regular patrons will remember from his electrifying performance of Beethoven's 5th piano concerto in 2019.
