About
This 10-week skills academy is designed for girls of all age groups from North Adelaide. The academy will focus on:- Decision making
- Shot-making
- Attacking and finishing
Off-court development:
- Nutrition workshop
- Journaling workshop.
The academy will be run by North Adelaide NBL1 women’s coaches:

Term 2, April 29 - July 1
Day/Times:
Tuesday's
U10/U12: 4-5PM
U16/U18: 5-6PM
U14: 6-7PM
Price: $350
($35 per session)
*This academy is for North Adelaide Rocket junior females only.
