About
Join us for a gentle flow of community yoga every Tuesday in April.Hosted outdoors in Bonville Nursery's shadehouse, we invite the community to slow down, breathe in and relax while Jodie from Yogashack Sawtell takes us through a gentle flow of restorative yoga.
we also invite you to hang around for a warm drink post class in the nursery's coffee bar or simply wander the Nursery amongst the plants.
These sessions are family friendly and accessible for all ages.
We do ask that you BYO your own mat and will happily be taking donations of any old mats we can share around to others during the session.
