The Four Winds: A Shamanic Sound Journey

We’ll be looking at the four winds and their archetypes of power animals, elements and Father Sky and Mother Earth. The medicine wheel represents life stages, interconnectedness, balance, and the universe. It ultimately helps us to create sacred space and find our centre.
The 2-hr workshop will include:
- Butterfly Blue Peaflower & Blue Lotus tea
- Introduction to the 4 directions and their significance
- Opening Sacred Space, calling in the four directions, mother earth and father sky.
- Gentle circular nose breathing breathwork throughout
- Light dialogue about each direction
- Shamanic Sound Bath including crystal quartz singing bowls, koshi chimes, drums, tuning forks, rain sticks, other percussion instruments and more.
You’ll leave feeling connected, balanced and more in a state of harmony physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, as well as full of wisdom to integrate into your life.
