In this workshop, give yourself the space and maintenance you need with:
• Dancing movement to wake up our bodies and shake off the day and get into the body
• Kundalini Bioenergetic Breathwork – a combination of yogic pranayama and kundalini kriyas. This breath involves movement. It works on clearing our biofield and chakra system as the two are intertwined.
• Biofield tuning - Tune up your biofield and reduce imbalances with tuning forks and reiki. Weighted forks will be used on the physical body and unweighted will be used off the body. Reiki will be offered as well.
• Allow your mind, body and spirit to come back into a place of harmony with a high-purity 432hz tuned crystal quartz singing bowl sound bath with koshi chimes.
• Rise from your sound bath and finish with voice activation and chakra toning to activate your vagus nerve (your secret weapon for fighting stress) and bring you into an ultimate place of peace and balance.
