About
Join Wiradjuri mixed media artist Ange Jeffery in a special weaving workshop using recycled materials and raffia. Ange’s workshops offer a fun, meaningful and culturally safe space to learn simple weaving techniques to make a bracelet or earrings.This workshop will demonstrate the flexibility of traditional weaving techniques and the use of alternative materials.
We look forward to family members working side by side together in this special edition of our monthly weaving workshops.
Tools and materials will be supplied.
This is a school holiday workshop open to all people of all abilities
Adult guardians are requested to remain onsite to mind and assist any children attending
Feel free to bring your own fabric to recycle and weave
Light catering is also provided.
Session is free but bookings are essential
