Walking Group - Term 2 2025
Walking is a great way to improve your fitness and mental wellbeing and make new friends. Join a 30-45 minutes walk at slow to moderate pace around the local area; followed by a cuppa.
Everyone is welcome. Suitable for all abilities, genders and fitness levels. Carers and parents with prams are most welcome as are dogs on leashes.
Note: Wear comfortable clothing, runners and bring a drink bottle.
Dates: Wednesdays 23 April – 2 July 2025 (11 weeks)
Time: 10am-12noon
