4-Week structured meditation program - ages 5 to 9 yearsThis small-group program will support your child to:
- Learn age-appropriate meditation techniques
- Understand their intuition and inner voice
- Focus more on the present moment
- Use imagination and creativity to build their own home practice.
All this, with the guidance of a Registered Children's Meditation Teacher.
Program is limited to eight spots, so children can get the most out of their experience.
Investment: $159.00 per child, per term
Includes:
~ Free online resources
and
~ a free online live meditation each week with the group.
*Please note: If your child cannot attend independently, this program is not suitable.
** This program is not therapy nor does it address behavioural issues.
