This Earth Day, let's celebrate Mama Gaia and all the abundance, beauty and nourishment she provides.
We'll set up under one of the big pines near the water. Begin the evening with a gentle yoga flow under the soft light of fairy lights. Then we'll connect to the earth through a meditation. Finally, rug up and relax to a beautiful sound bath that will take you on a journey through the elements.
Finally, we will end by setting a group intention and sending gratitude to the earth.
