Autumn is a time to begin the gradual gathering inwards of our energy. To slow down, reflect on our year so far and let go of what no longer serves us.
Join Gyani for this two hour Yin session to honour this beautiful season of letting go by targeting the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, to strengthen the immune system. The session will end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and restored.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
