About
If your child loves drawing and is looking to improve their skills, then these sessions are for you. We will cover the basics of drawing such as appropriate materials and mark making techniques. The classes focus mainly on observational drawing, the foundation skill for successful art making. This will allow for exploration of art elements such as form through shape and shading, space through an understanding of perspective, and colour theory with the use of coloured pencils and oil pastels. We will look at both historical and contemporary artists for inspiration with our still life and landscape compositions. Suitable for ages 10+Tuesdays 4:15-5:45pm
