Lorenz Gude and Zhao Liu (Kevin) will jointly lead a workshop on Golden Flower meditation. Lorenz will share his firsthand experience practicing techniques from the Taoist classic The Secret of the Golden Flower, particularly following JJ Semple’s interpretation augmented with the experience of other practitioners such as Gopi Krishna and Forrest Knutson.This one-day event will be interactive, offering attendees an opportunity to share personal meditation experiences, explore individual questions, and learn Semple’s meditation techniques directly. Whether you are new to meditation or experienced in energy work, this workshop will provide both practical information and a broader theoretical understanding of Golden Flower practices.
