Friends for Life and Aim High are joining forces again to experience an Exercise Physio circuit class hosted and delivered by the team at Mobius Health and Performance. The team at Mobius have a high level of knowledge and a lot of experience. It will be a fun filled event focused on movement and creating a healthy relationship with fitness as well as being a fabulous opportunity to catch up with friends. There might even be an opportunity to grab a snack at the cafe next door afterwards as wellImportant note - All participants must bring their own support person at a 1:1 ratio. As this event will not be charged under the NDIS, DSWA will not be providing ratioed support. A support person can include Siblings (over 18), Dad, Mum, a Support Worker any other responsible, trusted adult.
