5-Week structured program - ages 10 to 14 years
This small-group program will support your child to:
- See challenges as opportunities for growth
- Build emotional resilience
- Develop empowerment and confidence
- Embrace the light & dark periods of life
This “whole of self” approach blends creativity, mindfulness, movement, and purposeful storytelling - supporting every child’s potential to grow through the tough stuff.
Program is limited to 10 spots, so children can get the most out of their experience.
Investment: $229.00 per child, per term
Includes:
~ Free online resources
and
~ a free online live meditation each week with the group.
