Join Us for an Afternoon of Professional Development with Connor Bailey, Facility Manager & Senior Teacher, Darren Lange Swimming Academy
Connor is an award-winning Swim Teacher, Facility Manager, and passionate advocate for inclusive education. In his role at Darren Lange Swimming Academy, he plays a key role in overseeing operations and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all swimmers.
Recognised as the 2024 SWIM Australia Teacher of the Year (Learners with a Disability), Connor is dedicated to creating an Inclusive and Supportive environment for students of all abilities. Diagnosed with ASD at age 4, he brings firsthand understanding and deep commitment to fostering neurodiversity within the swimming industry.
Beyond teaching, Connor actively trains and mentors Teachers, Managers, and Businesses on how to support Neurodivergent Individuals. His leadership and Advocacy continue to shape a more inclusive future for Aquatic Education.
