About
Creativity and playfulness are key to infusing our lives with joy. Moments taken to regulate our nervous system, reconnect us with wonder, cultivate curiosity and practice self-compassion, are what we should all strive for. Join us in Calm Creatives as we scribble, squeeze, arrange, smoosh and breath our way into our evenings. Each session holds a moment to connect and loosen up, followed by a different creative craft activity. We will play with different techniques whilst using a variety of materials such as clay, fibres, paper, metals and nature. Adult Class.Term 2 2025: Tuesdays 7-8:30pm 5 sessions
